Honda City Review

Honda Siel Cars India rolled out the all new Honda City in India to replace the Honda City ZX. The new City sedan offers great performance, stylish features, and advanced technology. The Honda City has always remained one of the most popular sedans in the midsize segment and the new model will further garnish Honda sales.The Honda City is a wonderful blend of splendid styling, cutting edge technology, and advanced safety. The car is passionately crafted with a unique 'Arrow Shot Form' design that presents vibrant and path-breaking style. The interior is spacious and is adorned with plenty of comfort and convenience features to give total comfort.The Honda City competes with the Maruti Suzuki SX4, Hyundai Verna, and Ford Fiesta. 
Powertrain and Performance:
The Honda City is available in main four petrol variants -EMT, SMT, VMT and VAT. All the variants are propelled by Honda’s 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine that generates 116 bhp" of power. The i-VTEC engine is developed for all-round performance to deliver high output, good fuel economy, and eco-friendly performance. It is accommodated to Bharat Stage IV Emission norms. City offers a choice of two transmissions: 5-speed manual and 5-speed automatic.

The City sedan provides stress-free acceleration and quick response to throttle inputs. Handling is effortless as was in its predecessor - City ZX. Passing ability on highways is excellent. The McPherson strut front suspension and rear Torsion Beam suspension combination offers supple ride comfort.
Build and Styling:The car is designed keeping in mind the Indian market. The exterior is adorned with unique 'Arrow Shot Form' design where the front-end of the car reminds one of the driving energy of the arrow that is thrown from a bow and the rear acquires the shape of the arrow's feather to communicate an aerodynamic appearance that cuts through the wind.

The front of the car stretching from the aggressive new grille to the sharp and angular headlights gives the sedan a sophisticated sporty look. The City is now even longer, wider and sturdier compared to its predecessor City ZX. The new City has 5 spoke alloy wheels. It is more stylish with elegant front fog lamps, front and read mud guards, sporty exhaust finisher, and chrome door handles.

The interior flaunts with its premium cabin that has thoughtful design and abundant convenience features. The beige high quality fabric seats add on to the classy appeal of the interiors. Advanced meter design, dual tone interiors, world class integrated audio system incorporated with new technologies like iPod support, MP3 capability, USB memory stick input, and plugging in of cell phone with MP3 player are a few highlights. The silver coloured fan knob and inner door handles makes the interiors more elegant. The instrument cluster is ornamented with a metallic tone giving a futuristic look and the dual tone dashboard adds additional appeal.
